Every project starts with the right wood. We source solid acacia and teak from forests in Thailand, craft every piece by hand in our Chiang Mai workshop, and ship directly to your site — anywhere in the world. Below are projects we’ve built for restaurants, hotels, and individual clients.

Kojo Restaurant — Phase 1
Live edge dining tables, a monumental hostess stand, D-shaped booth tops and wall panels, and a teak root art sculpture — the complete furniture package for an upscale Asian fusion restaurant in downtown Sarasota.

Kojo Restaurant — Phase 2 Expansion
When Kojo Sarasota expanded, Hi Hospitality Group returned to Tier 1 Furnishings for a second production run — additional dining tables and seating to match the original interior.
