Tier 1 Furnishings is a wholesale custom acacia wood furniture manufacturer. Our showroom is located in Sarasota, Florida.

2. Products & Orders

All furniture is custom-manufactured to order. Minor variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of acacia wood. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Wholesale pricing is available to qualifying trade buyers, interior designers, and hospitality operators. Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Lead times and shipping costs vary by order size, specifications, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, freight carriers, or factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Because all products are custom-manufactured, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
